Document Description
The Lindsay Unified School District is proposing to build and operate a new K-8 elementary school to accommodate 665 students on a 20-acre site east of Sequoia Avenue, between Hickory and Fir Streets. The project site is currently located outside the City limits, however it is within the Urban Development boundary of the City and is pre-zoned as Low Density Residential Reserve in the City's General Plan. The project site is proposed to be annexed into the City limits.
