- Demolition of 4 existing rental units constructed in 1926 and construction of a 17,000 square-foot, four-story, five-unit condominium building with one level of ground-floor parking. The front yard setback would be 15 feet, and the side and rear yard setbacks would be 7 and 15 feet, respectively. Access to the site would be via a single 10-foot driveway on San Vicente Boulevard. The building would include 500 square feet of common area, 310 square feet of which would be interior space, roof landscaping and a landscaped rear yard. Each unit would have two bedrooms and a rooftop patio. Two parking spaces per unit plus one guest parking space would be provided for a total of 11 parking spaces.
