Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Specific Plan to allow for the phased development of a maximum of 3,600 residential units, golf course, and park uses, and 300,000 square feet of commercial uses. More than half of the site is proposed to be devoted to internal greenbelts and open space. The project site currently consists of an active oil field, though some portions of the site are also used for cattle grazing.
