CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2012-0132-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, West Coast Aggregate Supply, Inc.
Project involves the expansion of mining (excavation) with associated processing and temporary storage of sand and gravel (aggregate) beyond the currently disturbed area of approx. 150 acres to a total of 360 acres on a 387.5 acre mining operation located on alluvial fan deposits.
