CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2011-0274-R6 [Revision 2]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: City of Chino Hills, represented by Mr. Michael Fleager, 14000 City Center Drive, City of Chino Hills, State of California, 91709. The City's Long Term Operations and Maintenance Project consists of the ongoing maintenance of 20 existing storm drain facilities and is limited to tree and shrub removal, tree trimming, understory vegetation removal and periodic herbicide treatment, and sediment removal.
