Document Description
The Operator intends to alter the streambed by removing material illegally placed into a seasonal creek by an unknown party, presumably during clearing of an access road. Also portions of the tributary were graded and cleared of vegetation. The creek will be restored to pre-existing conditions based on topography, and revegetated with native species. Material removed from the channel will be used or stockpiled where it can not be washed back into the channel.
