Document Description
Rather than directloading the soils for transport as soil is excavated, it will be temporarily stockpiled on-site until it has been characterized for transportation and disposal, as requested by the off-site disposal facilties. Excavated soil will be placed
in a designated stockpile area on an impermeable barrier and covered with waterproff tarps to prevent migration of contaminated soil. The stockpile area will be included within secured exclusion zones and will be more than 800 feet away from the nearest offsite sensitive receptors (residences).
