Document Description
The projects generally consists of placing asphalt concrete, slurry seal and/or rubber cape seal over existing pavement. Related activities will include base repair, raising manholes and grinding sections of existing pavement prior to paving for height conformity. The projects will not result in any increase in the paved area, the traffic capacity, or the pavement striping configuration of the affected roads.
