Document Description
Issue right of entry permits to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) and the San Joaquin Gorge Trail Council to establish a temporary helipad on State Park lands and to install a foot bridge across the Big Sandy drainage near Millerton Lake State Recreation Area. The helipad will be used to transport a prefabricated metal foot bridge to the installation site, which is on Bureau of Reclamation land. USBR will be responsible for all environmental review and compliance requirements related to actual project activities.
No Significant impacts are anticipated. Non-native grasses will be mowed immediately prior to use as a helipad.
