Document Description
Paint the exterior of the following historic structures; Residence #1 at Mitchell Canyon, Residence #9 at Arroyo Point, Residence #11 at Tin City, and the Junction Restroom in Mount Diablo State park to maintain Historic properties. Lead abatement will occur prior to the start of work and repainting will match existing color No pressure washing or power sanding of the facilities will be allowed to avoid damaging the historic structures.
