Reasons for Exemption
An Initial Study with supporting documents and a Mitigated Negative Declaration 06-26 were prepared and adopted for the original application December 13, 2006 for preliminary Review 06-35, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. The current Location and Development Plan application is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) and Section 15162 (Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations) of CEQA as the proposed project is covered under the scope of the prior approved Negative Declaration and no new information is known that would significantly change any impacts.
