Document Description
The proposed action is to field and operate four Hiemann Cargo Vision (HCV-2) and one Mobile Eagle® High-Energy Mobile X-Ray Inspection Systems at the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach, Los Angeles County for the purpose of conducting non-instrusive inspections of high-density cargo containers. The High Energy Mobile X-Ray Inspection Systems will be stored at the Carson CES and moved to any area of the ports suitable for conducting inspections as required.
