Document Description
The Project consists of a request for Annexation to the City of Williams, with General Plan Amendment and zoning to Single Family Residential (R-1) land use designations. There is no subdivision of the property proposed at this time and no new construction is proposed with this project. The 68 acre site is within the City of Williams Sphere of Influence. Husted Road, the western boundary of the site, is also the current City boundary. The site includes three parcels. The western portion of the site is occupied by a glider port, including garage, hanger, office buildings, and a runway that extends nearly the north/south length of the site. A single family home site exists on a small parcel on the southern most side of the project. The eastern 46 acre parcel is used as an agricultural field.
