Document Description
The proposed project calls for the remodel and expansion of an existing commercial facility. The planned remodel consists of four parts: (1) existing retail space would be increased by 11,688 sq. ft.; (2) a new 33,038 sq. ft. covered shed would be constructed and the old 9,800 sq. ft. shed would be removed; (3) 97 new parking spaces; and (4) 1,105 additional sq. ft. of administrative office space would be constructed. Landscaping will also be enhanced with each phase of the remodel.
