Document Description
The District's December 2009 Recycled Water Facilities Master Plan EIR includes a combination of actions to dispose of recycled water and associated actions to convey and apply fresh recycled and blended water to District lands. The approved August 2012 Supplemental EIR updates the 2009 Master Plan and includes revised information on the Project. The Project will consist of the installation of the following for Diamond Valley Ranch irrigation: (1) Center Pivot Irrigation System; (2) Irrigation Distribution System; (3) Recycled Water System including mainline interties, recycled water pipelines, irrigation ditch crossings, and appurtenances; (4) Control Building; and 5) Hydroelectric unit.
