Document Description
This project consists of a resolution to adopt the addendum to the previously approved Delta Shores EIR and the Mitigation Monitoring Plan, a resolution amending the 2035 General Plan Land Us and Urban Design Element to change the land use designation for approximately 7.3 acres from Traditional Neighborhood Medium Density and Parks and Recreation (PR)to Traditional Neighborhood High Density (TNHD), an Ordinance rezoning 7.3 acres from Single-Unit or Duplex Dwelling Zone (R-1A)and Residential Mixed-Use (RMX) to Multi-Family (R-3), a resolution amending the Delta Shores Planned Unit Development Schematic Plan to re-designate 6.89 acres from Medium Density Residential (MDR), Parks, and designated roadways to High Density Residential (HDR), Mixed-Use (MU), and School Reservation (ES);Minor Large Lot Tentative Map Revision to modify previously approved road layout and lot dimensions on approximately 120.82 acres; Item G. Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide approximately 31.29 acres into 223 lots; and Item H. Site Plan and Design Review of the lots with deviations to minimum lot depth standards within the Single-Unit or Duplex Dwelling zone (R-1A).
