Document Description
Entitlements to construct commercial development on approximately 130 acres included in the Delta Shores Planned Unite Development zoned General Commercial (C-2-PUD). The proposed development was included in the project and EIR analysis for the Delta Shores project (P06-197) approved by the City Council on January 13, 2009 and, as explained in the addendum to the EIR prepared for the commercial project, no substantial changes have occurred that would alter the determinations made in the original EIR.
