Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of approximately 15 acres of the 17.5 acres of undeveloped land into a facility at the Todd Road site and enhancement of 6.58 acres of degraded seasonal wetland habitat, creation of approximately 10.24 acres of seasonal wetlands and swales, and removal of approximately 31.20 acres of a eucalyptus plantation and non-native flower cultivation at the 50.18-acre Terra Bagnata mitigation site. Approximately 2.13 acres of high quality seasonal wetlands will be preserved at the Terra Bagnata mitigation site.
