Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of excavating native soil and placing rip rap and cast-in-place concrete in wetland and ditch habitat to accommodate the eastern realignment of Concord Avenue. The Project will create two 12-foot wide lanes, a center median. an 8-foot wide paved shoulder/bike lane, a curb, a gutter, and a 5-foot wide sidewalk on the west side of the road. The Project will permanently impact 0.00008 acre and temporarily impact 0.02 acre of waters of the United States, and permanently impact 0.0001 acre and temporarily impact 0.23 acre of waters of the state.
