Document Description
A Minor Subdivision of an approximately 87-acre parcel into two parcels of 43 and 44 acres, respectively. The parcel is currently undeveloped. The parcels will be accessed via a 12'-16' wide gravel access road off Titlow Hill Road. The parcels will be served by on-site water and sewage disposal. An exception request has been approved by Cal Fire to allow the 12'-16' wide gravel driveway given that it serves as an access for only two parcels beyond the subject parcel. A Special Permit is requested to allow minor road improvements within a Streamside Management Area. Stream crossings already exist and no changes to them will be necessary.
