Document Description
A Minor Subdivision of an approximately 87-acre parcel into two parcels of 43 and 44 acres. The parcel is currently undeveloped. The parcels will be accessed via a 12' wide gravel access road off Titlow Hill Road. The parcels will be served by on-site water and sewage disposal. An exception request has been approved by Cal Fire to allow the 12' wide gravel driveway given that it serves as an access for only two parcels beyond that subject parcel. A Special Permit is requested to allow minor road improvements within a Streamside Management Area. Stream crossings already exist and no changes to them will be necessary.
