The project involves the relocation of the Colfax Forest Fire Station in Placer County. A MND was prepared and a NOD was filed for the project on June 18, 2007. As a result of road improvements required by Placer County, two additional trees will be removed. An addendum to the 2007 MND discusses the changes to the project. Based on substantial evidence in the record, CAL FIRE found that the changes to the project are minor and do not result in new potential impacts or need for new mitigation measures.
