Demolition/removal of six existing structures, construction of new 65,000 square foot (floor area) Satellite Building of 3-4 levels (Phase I); a new 230,000 square foot (floor area) Acute Care Tower, nine stories in height; a Koret Foundation Building internal, partial remodel; construction of a connecting bridge between the new Acute Care Tower and the Koret Foundation Building (both Phase II); and a 2-3 level, 20,000 square foot Hub Building. Pursuant to Alfred E. Alquist Hospital Facilities Seismic Safety Act of 1994 (SB 1953) and SB 306.
