- The Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation Project includes the rehabilitation of the 30-inch-diameter force main connection between the Concord Sewage Pump Station and the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District's A-Line Interceptor. The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0085-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Tad Pileck/Central Costa Sanitary District.
