Document Description
The proposed project would redevelop approximately 5.7 acres of an 8.39-acre project site in Downtown El Cajon with a five-level Public Safety Center with integrated parking (120,973 SF of office use and 572 parking spaces), a pedestrian plaza, 89 surface parking spaces, and landscaping. Julian would be reconfigured to extend from North Magnolia Avenue east to the surface parking area. In addition, the project would include temporary parking and construction staging areas, On-site utility improvements are also included as a part of the project.
