The project consists of the development and operation of an elementary school on an approximate 15 acre portion of a 32 acre parcel located at the southwest corner of Avenue 428 (Union Avenue) and Road 88 (Crawford Avenue), north of the City of Dinuba in Tulare County. The precise portion of the 32 acre parcel to be used for school purposes has not been determined. The project includes potential annexation to the City of Dinuba.
