Document Description
The Project will increase the City's water supply reliability by doubting the treatment plant capacity for the production of recycled water and delivering addition recycled water to schools, residential communities, municipal facilities, and golf courses, commercial and industrial users. The increase in recycled water production and use will reduce imported water demands, and may lower water demands on the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and the Colorado River.
