Document Description
US Cellular proposes to construct a monopole cellular tower communication facility and two equipment buildings on the Dinsmore Plateau in Rio Dell. The monopole cellular tower would be located on a City parcel being used for a water storage tank, that is currently graded but other than the water tank site, undeveloped. The proposed monopole cellular tower will be up to 130' tall without top lighting. Electrical and telephone service to the site will be by cable from an existing PG&E pole located adjacent to Dinsmore Ranch Road.
