The Proposed Krystal Elementary School (Project) is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Krystal Drive and Farmdale Avenue in the City of Hesperia, California. The Project site is bordered by undeveloped land to the north, Farmdale Avenue to the west, residential development to the east and to the south. The California Aqueduct is located approx. 2 miles west of the site. Regional access to the Project site is provided via I-15 (the Mojave Freeway), located approx. 7 miles west.
