Document Description
The applicant, S & V Properties, Inc, is proposing the implementation of a Specific Plan that would be consistent with the goals and policies of the Imperial County General Plan, the recently expanded Sphere of Influence Plan prepared by the City of El Centro, and the County's Growth Management Plan. The Draft Specific Plan identifies the project as a mixed-use commercial/residential project with a total of 392 dwelling units on approximately 63 acres and a commercial/retail component on the remaining 17 acres for the site. Associated infrastructure is also included in the Specific Plan.
