The project consists of 526,000 sq. ft. of commercial uses on 50.28 acres in 18 building which would cover ~ 24% of the total site. The buildings would be anchored by two major retail stores (sized over 160,000 sq. ft and 140, 760 sq. ft.), and retail and restaurant uses would be disturbed throughout the remaining buildings for a total of 503,300 sq. ft. of retail and 23,500 sq. ft. of restaurant uses.
