Document Description
The City of Escondido proposes to extend and improve Citracado Parkway from West Valley Parkway to Andreasen Drive. The proposed Citracado Parkway roadway extension would require a new structure crossing at Escondido Creek and may include landform alterations at the proposed intersection, or interchange, with Harmony Grove Road. Minor street realignments and/or grade adjustments may also be proposed for the intersection of Kuana Loa Drive with Harmony Grove Road. Traffic signals will be considered at various intersections with Citracado Parkway along the corridor being studied such as Citracado Parkway at Harmony Grove Road and/or Citracado Parkway at Avenida Del Diablo.
