Document Description
The project application is for a minor subdivision of a 20.4 acre parcel into four 5.1 acre lots (Lots A, B, C, and D). One single family dwelling currently exists on Lot C. Access to Lots A, B, and C will be provided off of Saddle Road. Access to Lot D will be provided via Ned Lane. The subdivision would allow for the future construction of one single family dwelling on each of the remaining three lots. Each residence will include individual septic systems designed in accordance with the specifications and recommendations of the soils percolation report. The development's water supply would be provided from three onsite wells that will be connected in accordance with Environmental Health Department requirements.
