The project consists of an amendment to the Land Use Element of the Metropolitan Bakersfield General Plan and concurrent Zone Change covering ~255 gross acres. The central design feature is an upscale lifestyle retail center, restaurants, entertainment, and major tenants, in a walkable, highly-amenitized setting. Preserving a predominantly pedestrian, outdoor-oriented sense of urban place that is linked to adjoining neighborhoods.
