Document Description
The General Plan would be revised from its current designation of Commercial/Industrial to a Mixed Use Designation. The property would be rezoned from its current M-2 Heavy Manufacturing zone to 3 zone classifications: C-2, General Commercial, to be located in the northern 21 acres of the property; R-3, Multi-Family Residential, on 26.4 acres in the central portion of the property; and R-1, Single-Family Residential, on 15.6 acres in the southern portion of the property. Approx. 160,000 square feet of commercial uses would be proposed within the C-2 zone. In addition, approx. 134 units are proposed for the R-3 zone, and approx. 72 units are proposed for the R-1 zone.
