Document Description
DWR is implementing Phase II of the East Branch Extension of the California Aqueduct. The East Branch Extension Phase II Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified in 2009. Since that time, Southern California Edison (SCE) has clarified final design information on the Clementine Substation and its associated interconnection facilities that will be located in the northwest corner of the Citrus Reservoir site. The Addendum evaluates the potential environmental effects associated with these proposed clarifications on the Clementine Substation design, and compares potential impacts to those identified in the EIR and Addendum No. 1. This addendum also evaluates whether or not the SCE facilities themselves would result in any significant impacts.
