Construction will result in 0.24 acres of permanent impacts and 12 acres of temporary impacts to Santa Ana River woollystar habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of 12 individuals of the Santa Ana River woollystar, a species designated as endangered under the California Endangered Species Act. The Department of Fish and Game is issuing the incidental take permit referenced above as a responsible agency under the California Environmental Quality Act.
