Document Description
DWR proposes Phase II of the East Branch Extension (EBX) Project. The EBX - Phase II would connect the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District's (SBVMWD) Foothill Pipeline near the intersection of Cone Camp and Greenspot Roads with the Crafton Hills Pump Station located near Mill Creek Road. The EBX - Phase II would include the following: construction of approximately six miles of 72 or 78-inch diameter pipeline, construction of a reservoir providing about 560 acre-feet of storage, construction of a 200 cubic feet per second (cfs) pump station, installation of a new pump at the Cherry Valley Pump Station to increase the capacity from 32 cfs to 56 cfs, and expansion of the Crafton Hills Pump Station from 60 cfs to 135 cfs.
