Document Description
The proposed project is a Major Revision (#1) to Development Review Permit DR00-13 for the construction of a single story 12,525 SF warehouse building, 49 parking spaces and planting for approximately 0.2 acres of ornamental landscaping. The project will require the removal of 31 existing parking spaces and approximately 0.7 acres of turf/ornamental landscaping.
