Foundation for Cal State San Bernardino Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE) provides small business and entreprenuerial training to startup and emerging business enterprises. The small farm initiative is a program targeting small farms and ranchers in the attempt to provide them with the skills and tools to maintain operation s in the increasingly competitive agriculture market. IECE is proposing to expand the program to include an additional 50 farms and ranches.
