Remove an existing concrete stream barrier located at the downstream end of the Highway # 1 culvert. Construct 5 rock vortex weirs and step pools designed to facilitate fish passage. Remove eucalyptus trees around the project area. Project to incorporate comprehensive avoidance measures resulting in no significant project impact to special status species in the area.
