In accordance with California Health and Safety Code, chapter 6.5, section 25200, and the California Code of Regulations, title 22, chapter 21, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approved a Hazardous Waste Facility Permit renewal (Permit) for General Environmental Management of Rancho Cordova, LLC (GEM). This permit authorizeds GEM to operate the Hazardous waste Storage and Treatment Facility (Facility).
