Dewater at Service Connection WR-18B along the Colorado River Aqueduct, to facilitate the inspection of the Bernasconi Tunnel. Metropolitan also proposes to inspect the San Jacinto Tunnel of the Colorado River Aqueduct, as well as set up blowers and other equipment supporting the inspections at the tunnel portals.
