Document Description
The proposed project is the acquisition of 32.95 acres including approximately 170,000 square feet of improvements (classrooms, office/administration, residential and support buildings). Five buildings totaling approximately 32,000 square feet will be leased back to the Devereux Foundation for a period of 60 years for continued use and occupancy. No occupation of the property by the University is proposed as part of the acquisition.
