These guidelines are set forth in the Overall Program Guidebook for the Renewable Energy elements. These guidelines are set forth in the Overall Program Guidebook for the Renewable Energy Program and were revised to address changes in the law as a result of Senate Bill 107 (Statues of 2006, Chapter 464), Senate Bill 1250 (Statues of 2006, Chapter 512) and Assembly Bill 2189 (Statues of 2006, Chapter 747), and to address regulatory and market developments. The California Energy Commission and participants of the Renewable Energy Program benefit from the adoption of revisions to these guidelines.
