Document Description
The purpose of this activity is to revise guidelines previously adopted by the California Energy Commission to govern the general administration of its Consumer Education Program pursuant to Public Resources Code section 25746. The guidelines were revised to address changes in the law as a result of Senate Bill 107 (Statues of 2006, Chapter 464) and Assembly Bill 1250 (Statues of 2006, Chapter 512), and to address regulatory and market developments. The California Energy Commission and participants of the Renewable Energy Program benefit from the adoption of revisions to these guidelines.
