The proposed project consists of the following: 1. An Exception from the minimum lot area requirement of 6,200 square feet to 6,000 square feet for duplexes in the RD-20 zone. 2. A Variance to reduce the 62-foot public street frontage and lot width requirement to 50-feet (Section 215-70) 3. A Variance to reduce the minimum 25-foot side yard setback fro a three-story building to 5-feet [Section 305-53 (b)].
