Project consists of routine levee maintenance along the levee of Veale Tract. The levee work consists of annual vegetation control, removal of debris, cleaning, repairing and modification of discharge pipes and flap gates. Repairing the levee and replacing existing rock rip-rap and clean fill to stabilize slipouts, erosion and levee subsidence are also part of the annual routine maintenance activity.
