Ordinance for Zone Change 04RZ-59 to rezone a 218.4+/- acre site from AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, thirty-seven acre minimum) to AE-37:AP (Exclusive Agricultural, thirty-seven acre minimum: Agricultural Preserve Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. 3. Application for Williamson Act Contract 04WA-54 to rescind an existing contract under Resolution 122-70 application to 180+/- acres and enter into a new land conservation contract pursuant to Tuolumne County Resoution 106-04 for the entire 218.4+/- acre site.
