Document Description
The project proposes to repair 3/4:1 cut slopes that were damaged during the heavy rains of December 2005. The slope became saturated and failed, with soil and vegetation sliding onto the highway. The project would repair storm damage by grading cut slopes to 1.5:1 and applying erosion control. Work will be on red clay slopes between PM 2.11 and 2.49 on State Route 49.
